About the Role We are seeking an experiencedEstimatorwith a background in commercial glazing to join our team on the Central Coast. This role will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of projects, ranging from smaller commercial works to complex multi-storeyand commercialdevelopments. This is a key role within the business, working closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure precise pricing and successful tender outcomes. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for commercial glazing projects Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation Accurately quantify materials, labour, and project costs Work with Capral systems and product ranges (where applicable) Utilise V6 software for estimating and pricing Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options Ensure all estimates are delivered within required timeframes Support project handover to delivery teams Skills & Experience Minimum3 years experiencein estimating within thecommercial glazing or window industry Strong experience usingV6 estimating software (essential) Experience withCapral products/systems (advantageous) Proven ability to work on bothsmall-scale and largecommercial, industrial andmulti-storey developments Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines Requirements Must have full Australian working rights (no visa sponsorship available) Ability to workfull-time from the Central Coast office.
