Criteria: Cert III (or greater) in relevant industry qualification and/or significant relevant experience Background in BEHAVIOURAL SUPPORT is highly regarded Drivers Licence & safe driving record Own vehicle with Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance (or willingness to obtain) Current First Aid Certificate Valid NDIS Worker Check Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain upon employment) Current WWCC Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. Understanding of the Disability Standards Consistently ethical conduct & practice Demonstrated understanding of a person-centred approach Ability to follow established support work practices. Knowledge and/or experience in the mental health field Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to connect with clients. Ability to follow individual support plans & use digital systems.
