Your role will be a mix of customer interaction, sales support, and relationship management.Your responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service to both retail and trade customers, guiding them to the right products and solutions. Provide a premium customer experience with every delivery,representingthe brand with professionalism and care. Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders in a fast-paced environment. Manage sales transactions, prepare quotes, and proactively follow up with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, inventory control, and keeping the warehouseclean, organised, and efficient. Whatyoullneed to succeed: Yourea team player with a can-do attitude,whosnot afraid to roll up your sleeves.Youllbring: Industry Experience: Plumbing, trade, interiordesignor showroom sales experience is a plus but not essential. Strong Communication: Confident working with experienced trades and customers alike. Licence Requirements: A valid drivers licence isrequiredand forklift licence is preferred.
