Dental Assistant Two Roles Available (4 Days/Week) Location: Shell Cove, NSW Are you an experienced dental assistant with a friendly, professional demeanor? We have two roles available to join our dental practice for 3-4 days per week, with the potential for full-time hours in the future.We are open Monday to Friday - no Saturdays!Both roles are immediate start. About the Roles 1. Dental Assistant Maternity Leave Contract (2 Days/Week)A fixed-term role covering a maternity leave period. Ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time hours in a supportive environment. On-going employment for the right fit. 2. Dental Assistant Permanent Position (3 Days/Week)An ongoing part-time role offering long-term stability and opportunities to grow within the practice. What Youll Be Doing Managing phone calls and patient enquiries Scheduling and coordinating patient bookings Assisting with billing, payments, and insurance claims Providing chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists Sterilisation, room setup, and maintaining infection control standards Supporting both reception and clinical teams as required Maintaining a welcoming and organised front desk area What Were Looking For Experience in both dental reception AND dental assisting (essential) Friday availability is mandatory Excellent phone manner and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with dental software (D4W or D4Web preferred) Professional, friendly, and able to work in a fast-paced environment If youre ready to be part of a great team in Shell Cove, apply today!
