About the role Revamp Roofing and cladding pty ltd'' is seeking skilled trade qualified subcontractors in Roof Plumbing/Metal Roofing. We are also on the look out for a suitably experienced trade supervisor and a Business Manager or Business Development manager to join our team in Shellharbour, NSW, for these roles please reach out to us and we can chat more about potential opportunities. As a Subcontractor roofing tradesman you will be responsible for the installation of new and repair of existing roofing and metal cladding systems, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction. You will need all relevant tools for the trade. What you''ll be doing Installing and repairing metal roofing systems, fascia, gutter and rainwater systems, a variety of standard and custom flashings along with all other roofing components. Carrying out corrective maintenance and repairs to existing roofs Measuring, cutting, and fitting all components relating to metal roofing. Performing general roof maintenance tasks such as cleaning, assessing and preventative works. Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice inline with our company standards and ethics. Ensuring all work is completed beyond industry standards and within agreed timelines leaving no aspect defective upon completion. Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment at all times. What we''re looking for Proven experience as a Roof Plumber/Metal Roofer, with at least 3 years'' work history in the building trades industry Strong technical skills in the installation and repair of metal roofing, gutters, and flashing''s Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members alike A current driver''s licence and reliable transportation ( the ability to carry ladders, small amounts of material and additional tools on occasion is a big plus) Sound understanding and Commitment to workplace health and safety White Card certification is mandatory for this position Relevant roofing certificates are required to demonstrate competency in the trade What we offer At Revamp Roofing and cladding pty ltd'', we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
