About Civic Shower ScreensCivic Shower Screens is an established, family-owned Australian business specialising in the supply and installation of shower screens, wardrobes, mirrors, and glass solutions, operating across both residential and commercial projects and working closely with builders, developers, and homeowners to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive team member to support our daily operations. This role is a central point of communication within the business, helping manage customer enquiries, job information, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial contact through to completion. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer enquiries Monitor, sort, and respond to emails in a timely manner Enter and update job details within our internal system Add clear and accurate notes to jobs for team visibility Assist with coordinating jobs and tracking progress Identify and resolve issues or escalate where required Provide general administrative support to the team Maintain professional communication with customers and internal staff About You Strong communication skills (phone and email) Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident using computer systems and learning new software Ability to problem solve and take initiative Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Previous experience in customer service, administration, or coordination roles preferred
