You can walk into any home, understand what needs doing, and know exactly what to price - without anyone holding your hand. This role is about converting quotes faster than our competition can even get to the job. About us First Choice Electrical is a full-service electrical contractor based in Erina, Central Coast. We''re looking for one genuinely skilled residential estimator to come in, own the quoting function, and build it into something better. What you''ll do Handle inbound enquiries with confidence - first call is often the make-or-break Visit sites, scope jobs properly, and offer the best solution for the customer (not just the cheapest) Price quickly and accurately in SimPRO - turnaround matters, we''re winning or losing on speed Follow up and close. This is a sales-estimator role, not a back-office role Bring ideas to the table and free up capacity, we''ll back you! Grow with us - this role can evolve into taking over our project estimating over time Who you are Licensed NSW electrician with deep residential experience - you understand every part of a home electrical system and can talk to any customer about it with confidence You don''t need your hand held - you find the answer, get the quote out, and own the outcome You''re a strong communicator - comfortable on site with customers, builders and other trades You''ve got buy-in mindset - you want to be part of a business with a bright future, not just collect a pay cheque You care about service - you genuinely want our customers to get the best outcome, not the fastest one SimPRO experience preferred, but we''ll train the right sparky Solar experience isn''t required - but it''s a bonus if you can support that space What we offer $90,000 $120,000 + commission, we''ll pay properly for the right person Normal hours and a professional office environment.
