Registered Nurses Stirling Central Health Clinic is pleased to invite applications from Practice Nurses who are interested in being part of a small team. Our thriving practice located in tree-lined Druid Avenue, Stirling engages an experienced team of General Practitioners, Practice Nurses and administrative staff providing high quality, comprehensive care and support for our patients, across the Adelaide Hills. We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse who can provide the following tasks within their scope of practice: Chronic disease management Administering vaccines Post vaccination observations and monitoring ECGs and collection of pathology samples Triaging patients and prioritisation of emergency situations Assisting GPs with minor procedures Care planning with patients Coordination, management, and maintenance of patient clinical dataincluding recalls Wound dressings and removal of sutures Health education to support patients with achievement of their goals Our ideal candidates will have the following attributes: AHPRA registered Registered Nurse Proven prior experience in General Practice or an acute setting Knowledge of Health Assessments is highly regarded Strong organisational and time management skills Outstanding communication and customer service skills A passion for people and a personable approach If you areable to demonstrate your abilityto fulfill theseattributes,and have the required flexibility, we would be pleased to receive your expression of interest.
