This role includes weekend work across our display homes; this is where buyer traffic is highest and where top performers make their money. Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales process from enquiry, tender and deposit Present home designs, lifestyle options, and site solutions Manage 2040+ active leads at any given time Follow up fast and consistently across calls, SMS, and email Build a referral network with agents and developers Maintain accurate CRM records, tasks, and follow-up schedules What You Must Bring Proven success in sales, within residential homes highly desirable Strong communication, and thrive on technical information Self-driven, organised, and competitive you like winning Ability to work weekends Discipline in CRM, follow-up, and activity management Performance We dont shy away from clear standards. Strong performers love structure.
