Ongoing Full-Time Located in Parramatta with flexible working arrangements available) $129,464 - $142,665 plus superannuation About the roleThe Senior Investigation Evidence Coordinator provides direct support to Professional and Ethical Standards employees in relation to investigations, including coordinating evidence from human resources, gathering financial data, and preparing reports and analysis. The position also manages specific projects and contributes to the development of processes that support the timely and efficient progression of investigations. Assist investigation teams by gathering evidence from relevant departmental resources, systems, and tools to support timely employee misconduct enquiries and investigations Coordinate evidence collection from departmental directorates and external agencies to streamline communication and requests. Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support best practice and respond to evolving priorities, reforms, and policy changes Professional and Ethical Standards (PES) employ a large number of investigators who are responsible for investigating allegations of employee misconduct across the Department of Education (DoE).This includes a broad range of matters including child protection allegations and alleged corrupt conduct, financial and academic fraud, serious maladministration, substantial waste of public funds by DoE staff, and fraud involving non-government organisations funded by the Department.For further information please click here to view the role descriptionAbout you As the Senior Investigation Evidence Coordinator you will be able to Work with confidence across a large number of departmental systems to access relevant information (on the job training provided) Demonstrate your ability to synthesise large volumes of information to produce succinct evidence based reports Initiate and develop relationships with key stakeholders across the department, including the delivery of training to a range of audiences Produce timely intelligence products to support complex investigations and inform operational and strategic decisions. Conduct research and provide evidence-based advice to support investigation reporting and employee management strategies. Promote the effective use of people management strategies, technology, systems, and business practices, including supporting staff in adopting new tools and processes. Provide guidance to PES staff on complex or technical matters, identifying issues and determining effective solutions. Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Departments Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Departments Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
