As a Maintenance Officer at Keyton you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by undertaking maintenance activities and providing excellent customer service to our residents. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong communication skills, strong computer skills and a knack for problem-solving. About You You will bring experience as a Maintenance Assistant/Handyman, or a similar hands on role, along with the following: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner High attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, apps) Understanding of machinery and tools used in grounds and maintenance work Current Australian drivers licence (Required) Current First Aid/CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Ability to take initiative, work independently and contribute to a team Internal training and onsite inductions will be provided.
