Mercure Kooindah Waters Golf & Spa Resort is seeking an experienced handson Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant, bar, room service and conference & events operations. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is operational and floorfocused. You will lead from the front, support the team during service and ensure outstanding guest experiences while driving revenue, cost control and brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Actively lead and participate in daily food & beverage service across all outlets Be visible on the floor during peak periods, supporting service delivery and guest engagement Manage cleaning, maintenance and presentation standards across all areas Prepare forecasts, reports and KPI commentary for restaurant, bar and conferencing Control labour and beverage costs through effective rostering and staffing Deliver onthejob training to meet Accor brand and service standards Ensure compliance with all legislative, WHS and food safety requirements Build a strong, engaged team culture focused on accountability and results About You: Proven experience as a handson F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager in a hotel or resort environment Strong leadership skills with a leadbyexample approach Confident with rostering, labour control and beverage cost management Well organised with solid administration and computer skills Flexible availability and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience What We Offer: Supportive and inclusive team environment Accor staff discounts worldwide Complimentary car parking and golf Reward & Recognition programs Career progression opportunities within Accor Restaurant staff discounts Your team and working environment: We are relentlessly guest obsessed at Accor & Mercure Kooindah Waters.
