Your Role: Provide person-centred care and daily living support to individuals with mental health diagnoses. Encourage independence and implement tailored support plans. Create a safe, respectful, and empowering environment. Work collaboratively to manage complex behaviours and emotional needs. What Were Looking For: Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English. Hands-on experience supporting individuals with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis, paranoia, or complex behaviours (highly desirable). CurrentNDIS Worker Screening Check. Validdrivers licenceand reliable transport. CurrentFirst Aid and CPR certification. Police check, NDIS Orientation Modulescompletion. Infection control certificate Mental Health First AidandCertificate in Mental Health(desirable). Must be available for sleepover shifts (non-negotiable) Fluent in English Well-versed in writing & documentation shift notes/incident reports Willingness to learn and be part of a team String boundaries Genuine passion for Support Work Why Join Us?
