The Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Manager to manage acluster of medical and Urgent Care centres across the ACT. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative and growing organisation during an exciting period of transition. As Regional Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the effective running of our centre operations by leading and supporting the Practice Managersand their service team membersto drive performance and growth within their centres whilst providing quality care. You willpromote and coordinate and guidea culture that is aligned with our Company Values through the engagement and retention of patients, employees and Health Care Professionals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Risk Management Drive forward-thinking operational practices by supporting the Practice Managers in implementing strategies that mitigate future risks and strengthen business performance. Lead the rollout and monitoring of key projects, systems, and processes to ensure each Centre delivers on its strategic objectives. People Leadership & Team Development Coach, mentor, and empower Centre Practice Managers, Assistant Managers, and other team members to support a culture of excellence. Maintain regular face-to-face engagement with Health Care Professionals to build strong relationships and ensure smooth clinical operations. Operational Excellence & Patient Experience Identify, implement, and review initiatives designed to reduce patient wait times and enhance the overall patient journey. Monitor patient feedback and NPS scores to drive continuous improvement. Financial Performance & Commercial Growth Analyse budgets and P&L statements to identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue growth, ensuring all financial targets are met or exceeded. Collaborate with Regional Managers and the Business Development Manager to innovate and implement commercial initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement & GP Support Strengthen satisfaction and retention of General Practitioners by fostering collaborative, commercially effective relationships and delivering timely operational support. Resource & Inventory Management Ensure each Centre is equipped with the tools and resources required for efficient and compliant operations through effective purchasing and inventory management. Culture, Compliance & Quality Delivery Inspire a learning-focused, high-performance culture by setting KPIs, conducting annual development plans, and supporting professional growth. Build networks and champion best practice by ensuring full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and continuously enhancing service quality.
