Ongoing/Permanent full-time role available Parramatta location with hybrid working supported TRP from $239K to $264K including superannuation, commensurate with experience Whats in it for me? The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) is seeking a visionary executive to lead our development and delivery function for Infrastructure programs in the Planning Group. This is your chance to drive the endtoend delivery of highimpact infrastructure programs that unlock housing, support growth and leave a lasting legacy for communities across NSW. The role This role is about turning big infrastructure priorities into projects that actually get delivered. It leads the design and rollout of infrastructure programsparticularly open space and housinglinked investmentmaking sure funding decisions are evidencebased, wellgoverned and aligned to Government goals around growth, productivity and liveability. The role works closely with the Executive Director, providing practical advice on emerging issues and keeping complex programs moving in a fastpaced, highly sensitive environment. It brings structure and momentum to delivery by setting up clear frameworks, prioritising investment pipelines, managing risk and guiding teams through multiple concurrent projects. Success in the role means balancing quality with pace, building strong crossgovernment relationships, and ensuring programs are delivered with integrity, transparency and real impact for communities.
