We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of solar energy projects from planning through to completion. The role requires a well-organised and practical professional who can manage timelines, budgets, and project teams while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule projects, including timelines, milestones, and resources Coordinate teams, contractors, and materials to ensure smooth project delivery Monitor project budgets, track costs, and manage variations Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements Identify risks and implement practical solutions to avoid delays or issues Liaise with clients and provide regular project updates Maintain project records, reports, and documentation Oversee subcontractors to ensure work is completed to the required standards Report progress, issues, and resource needs to management Skills and Experience Required: Experience in project management Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to manage budgets and project costs Good communication and team coordination skills Understanding of safety and compliance requirements Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Mandatory experience in residential and commercial solar & battery project management, and experience in LV electrical systems Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
