Accurately calculate hour estimates, mobilisation & demobilisation costs, plant & equipment and all other costs required to estimate assigned tenders Review tender documentation to determine scope and specific terms and conditions. Update, and report to the Proposals Manager on the tender preparation progress and advise of any difficulties in compiling the tender submission; Prepare and coordinate the subcontract components required for tender submissions. Obtain highly competitive quotes for the provision of necessary materials and services. Undertake accurate material take-offs.
