Our vision: Reinventing cooling to sustain the world. The Opportunity We are seeking motivated and reliable Assemblers (multiple vacancies) and a Yard Person to join our production team. These roles currently operate on day shift, Monday to Friday, with overtime available depending on operational demand. You will be working in a supportive team environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity, with opportunities to grow your skills and career at BAC. Key Responsibilities Assemblers Assemble mechanical components and finished products according to work instructions and drawings Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet BAC standards Support production targets while maintaining a safe work environment Yard Person Load and unload materials and finished goods Move product safely within the yard and production areas Operate forklifts and other equipment (where licensed) Maintain a clean, organised and safe yard environment Support warehouse and production teams as required What You Will Bring Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehousing or yard operations (preferred but not essential) Forklift licence (highly desirable) Ability to read basic instructions and follow processes accurately A strong focus on safety and quality Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team Positive attitude, energy and a willingness to learn Whats On Offer Attractive hourly rates, dependent on experience and role, plus super Annual incentive plan Income protection insurance Rostered days off plus additional leave accrual Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellbeing support Great leadership, job stability and opportunities for development within a global organisation.
