Warilla Bowls and Recreation Club is seeking a Catering Front of House Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our catering team across multiple food outlets. This is a hands-on leadership role, suited to someone who can lead from the front, maintain high service standards, and support a consistent and well-run operation. What you''ll be doing: Supervise and support Front of House catering staff during service Ensure high standards of service, presentation and efficiency are maintained Assist with coordinating service across functions, caf and dining areas Provide clear direction and support to team members Work closely with the Catering Front of House Manager and Executive Chef Assist with training and developing staff What we''re looking for: Previous experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role Confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment Strong focus on service standards and customer experience Genuine passion and enthusiasm for hospitality Reliable, organised and able to take initiative Available to work weekends and public holidays What We Offer Part-time position offering 20+ hours per week A structured and supportive team environment Opportunities to develop your leadership skills Were looking for a hands-on Front of House Supervisor to lead the team, set clear standards, and ensure a consistent, efficient operation.
