We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and motivated Sales Assistant to support the Nicole Carter Team based in our Robina Office. You will play a key role in supporting the sales process from end to end, ensuring both buyers and sellers receive a high level of service while assisting the team to operate at peak performance. Key Responsibilities Assisting with open homes, buyer inspections, and appointments Conducting letterbox drops and supporting local area marketing initiatives Coordinating and assisting with marketing campaigns and property launches Preparing and processing listing documentation, contracts, and Form 6s Managing property listings across online platforms Database management, including buyer and seller nurture calls Supporting client communication and maintaining strong relationships Assisting the team throughout the sales campaign, from appraisal through to settlement Providing general administrative and operational support to the sales team Qualifications Required A minimum of 12 months real estate experience A current Real Estate Certificate or licence Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team A current drivers licence and reliable vehicle Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment If you are ready to take the next step in your real estate career and join a dynamic, high-performing team, we would love to hear from you.
