The position will also support the mentoring and development of staff and carries a clinical caseload.For more information, please view thePosition Description.Ideal CandidateBachelor''s degree or equivalent in Social Work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.Advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of Social Work services.Extensive experience and demonstrated ability in building and maintaining professional and therapeutic relationships through the application of written, verbal, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Extensive experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring and development of junior staff and students.
