HSEQ Advisor FIFO 3/1 Roster (Merriwa, NSW), with potential transition to 2:1. DIDO arrangements may be considered for local candidates. Start date - As soon as possible Full-Time Fixed-Term Position Flexible point-of-hire we can mobilise you from anywhere in Australia Join Solar X on our newest large-scale renewables project in Merriwa, NSW. We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support our onsite Health, Safety, Environment & Quality functions and drive a strong safety culture across the project. Free camp accommodation and meals provided, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic site-based environment. Exposure to high-performing HSEQ systems and ISO-aligned environments. About the Role As the HSEQ Advisor, you will: Implement and monitor HSEQ systems, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and ISO standards Conduct risk assessments, audits, incident investigations and safety training Support emergency management planning and environmental compliance Provide guidance to teams on safe work practices and continuous improvement Promote proactive engagement and a strong safety culture across the site Benefits Free camp accommodation and meals Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Work on a major renewables project with a supportive, safety-driven team What Youll Need Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS (or equivalent) Cert IV in TAE desirable, but not required Demonstrated HSEQ experience, ideally in construction or heavy industry Strong understanding of WHS legislation and ISO 45001 / 14001 / 9001 Experience with incident investigations, audits and safety systems Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Australian Driver''s Licence Full working rights in Australia Ready to Apply?
