Conflict Resolution: Handle routine customer issues and complaints professionally, escalating complex matters to the Shift Leader or Manager. 2. Food Preparation & Quality Sandwich Excellence: Prepare all sandwiches, salads, and wraps to exact customer specifications and Subway''s standardized formulas and portion control guidelines. Ingredient Integrity: Ensure all vegetables, meats, and cheeses are fresh, properly stored, and monitored for quality and expiry dates. Baking Duties: Assist in the daily baking of bread and cookies, ensuring products meet the brand''s quality standards. 3.
