Youll be responsible for: Leading steel installation works on site Coordinating labour and sequencing tasks Liaising with builders and site supervisors Reading drawings and setting quality standards Keeping jobs safe, efficient, and on schedule Fabricator / Welder Workshop-based role for tradespeople who care about clean fabrication and quality welds. Youll be doing: Structural and custom steel fabrication High-quality welding Working from shop and engineering drawings Custom Aluminum fabrication What We Need From You For both roles: Trade qualification (Boilermaker / Fabricator or equivalent experience) Strong TIG welding skills aluminum (essential) Solid fabrication experience White Card Reliable, professional attitude For Leading Hand: Previous on-site leadership or supervisory experience Good communication and problem-solving skills How to Apply If youre ready for better pay, real responsibility, and a workplace that values good trades, we want to hear from you.
