Bakehouse Espresso Group is a growing production bakehouse on the NSW South Coast, supplying our retail stores and wholesale customers with fresh baked goods daily. Behind every smooth delivery run is a well-organised operations team and that''s where you come in. The Role We''re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bakery Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on operational role covering order fulfilment, packing, dispatch, and general production support in our Huskisson facility. You''ll be a key part of making sure the right product leaves the building accurately and on time, every day. What You''ll Be Doing Pick and pack daily orders accurately against order sheets for retail and wholesale customers Prepare and stage outgoing orders ready for dispatch within delivery windows Check all outgoing orders for accuracy before they leave the building Handle fresh food products with proper food safety awareness Receive and store incoming stock correctly Keep the packing and operations area clean, organised, and well-run Support the broader production team during busy periods as needed About You Previous experience in a food production, packing, or operational role preferred High attention to detail getting orders right matters Comfortable working at pace in a time-sensitive environment Physically fit and comfortable on your feet for extended periods Basic food handling knowledge or willingness to obtain a food safety certificate Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player What''s On Offer Competitive salary based on experience Permanent full-time position in a fully air-conditioned facility Employee discounts on all bakery and caf products Salary packaging options Visa sponsorship available Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship Pay: $49,900.00 $70,000.00 per year Benefits: Employee discount Salary packaging Visa sponsorship Work Location: In person
