The RoleThe Learning Management Officer is responsible for managing the full learner lifecycle for all the NSW Ombudsman external training clients for the Training & Engagement team. This includes: - Administration, maintenance and technical support of our event and learning management system (LMS). - Coordinate the LMS user experience including handling learner enquiries and troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues raised by trainers and learners. - Standardise and continually improve processes and procedures for the delivery of NSW Ombudsman training.- Training and support of facilitators in LMS use, workshop delivery and related processes/procedures.
