You will coordinate and deliver WHS and Injury Management programs that support compliance with legislation, agencypoliciesand public sector requirements. A core part of the role isprovidingexpert advice to managers, supporting early,safeand durable returntowork outcomes, and contributing to the development of WHS systems,policiesand processes.Youllwork across a diverse organisation, helping managers understand their responsibilities,identifyingrisks, and driving continuous improvement in safety performance. About You You are a proactive WHS professional who brings strong technical knowledge, soundjudgementand a commitment to building a positive safety culture.Youreconfident advising managers, navigating complex regulatory requirements and supporting staff through injury management and returntowork processes. You combine analytical capability with a practical, solutionsfocused approach and can balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment. You willdemonstrate: Capability to analyse and recommend improvements to WHS and risk management strategies,systemsand processes. Expertisein developing, implementing,monitoringand evaluatingWHS policies,proceduresand practices to support compliance and improve service delivery. Skills in managinginjury management cases as the Return-to-Work Coordinator, including referrals and advice for bothwork-relatedandnon-work-relatedinjuries or illness. Expertisein providingWHS, risk managementand wellbeing advice to managers, supporting risk identification, mitigation, injurypreventionand wellbeing initiatives. Practical and strategic insight into strengtheningthe agencysreturn-to-workprogram and workers compensationprocesses. Skills inthe development of a strong safety culture, including contributing to the safety management system. Essential Requirements WHS Certificate IV or demonstrated WHS experience.
