The PMO will introduce and maintain standardised project management and change practices, ensure compliance with project management methodologies, and align project objectives with the strategic goals of the PMO will ensure consistent and effective governance to maximise successful delivery of outcomes and benefits and provide performance reporting to Executives to provide line of sight to progress, risks, and issues.
