The role Prepare and submit tenders across industrial, commercial & manufacturing projects Interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes with a practical mindset Build accurate costings across labour, materials, and equipment Work closely with clients, suppliers & internal teams to define scope Identify risks, challenge assumptions, and strengthen submissions Manage enquiries and keep projects moving through to submission What you bring Proven estimating experience of 3-5 years in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing environments Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specs Commercial awareness - knowing what wins work and what doesnt Fast, accurate, and confident under pressure Clear communicator who can deal with stakeholders at all levels Why join us Work on high-impact projects across industrial and infrastructure sectors Play a key role in shaping what work the business wins Join a collaborative, high-performing team If you know your numbers and want to be part of winning meaningful projects, this is where you prove it.
