Infinity Supports WA has been operating since 2021, supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live meaningful, independent lives. As a registered NDIS provider, we deliver person-centred supports tailored to each participant, both in-home and in the community. We are currently seeking Casual Support Workers (Female Only) to join our growing team across Rockingham, Mandurah, and the wider Peel region. About the RoleAs a Casual Support Worker, you will support participants to achieve their goals in line with their NDIS plans. Duties may include (but are not limited to): Social and community participation In-home support Assistance with personal care and household tasks Other duties as directed by the Service Delivery Coordinator(s) All staff are expected to adhere to organisational policies, procedures, and NDIS Practice Standards. What We Offer Flexible and regular casual shifts SCHADS Award Level 2.2 and above pay rates Participant matching based on your skills and interests Ongoing training, mentoring, and support A supportive and collaborative team environment Mandatory Requirements Fluent English communication skills Current drivers licence and a reliable, fully insured vehicle Legal right to work in Australia Current First Aid & CPR certification NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Minimum three (3) COVID-19 vaccinations 100 points of identification Completion of the following NDIS modules: Worker Orientation Module Worker Induction Module Supporting Effective Communication Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals Preferred (Not Essential) Manual Handling training Medication Assistance training Additional Requirements Based in or near Rockingham, Mandurah, or the Peel region Availability on weekends is a must Availability for at least 2 or more weekdays is also required Important RequirementThis is a female-only position, in line with a participants preference. RemunerationThis is a casual position under the SCHADS Award (Level 2.2 and above). Shifts may include evenings, weekends, after-school hours, and public holidays.
