We''re looking for a highly organised, capable Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder of a growing Australian fashion brand.This is a hands-on, varied role that sits across creative shoots, day-to-day operations, and general business coordination. No two days are the same one day you might be preparing for a campaign shoot, the next you''re keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.This role is designed as a permanent part-time position, ideal for someone experienced who is looking for consistent hours while still being closely involved in the day-to-day of a growing business. What you''ll be doing Coordinating campaign and studio shoots (models, photographers, locations, run sheets) Preparing garments and managing shoot logistics on the day Organising and managing imagery (Dropbox, selections, file structure) Supporting the Founder with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups Assisting the design team with admin Liaising with the warehouse on supplies and general operations Managing general office coordination and solving day-to-day issues Handling a range of ad hoc tasks that keep the business running smoothly About you Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting a busy founder or fast-paced business Minimum 2-3 years of Executive Assistant or similiar experience required Confident stepping into a role that is still evolving, with the ability to bring structure and improve how things are done Comfortable taking ownership and making the role your own, rather than waiting for direction Brings a practical, solutions-focused mindset from having done a similar role before Highly organised with strong attention to detail Calm, capable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment Happy to be hands-on this is not a purely desk-based EA role Strong communicator who can work across different teams Looking for a long-term, stable part-time role and able to commit to consistent weekday hours Available to work weekdays, approximately 9-10am to 3pm. We can offer some flexibility around hours for the right candidate.
