About the RoleAre you a Property Manager looking to step into the short-term rental space? Join our dynamic and fast-growing team, managing a portfolio of approximately 6080 short-term rental properties. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new properties, coordinating and arranging maintenance, and working closely with cleaners and contractors to ensure every property meets AirKeepers 5-star standards. You will manage strong relationships with property owners, handle escalations relating to maintenance and service issues, and conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality, presentation and compliance. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest and owner experiences, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and consistently high performance across your portfolio. This position is ideal for someone confident, proactive, highly organised and solutions-focused, with a passion for operational excellence and premium service delivery. Location & Hybrid WorkingThis is a hybrid role based in the Central Coast . You will be required to attend our Sydney office 1 day per week. Flexibility and autonomy are part of the culture we promote. You will also be required to travel regularly to inspect properties across Lake Macquarie, and occasionallyand the Newcastle area as needed. On average, this will involve being on the road approximately three days per week. You must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. You will use your own vehicle for travel and will receive a petrol allowance. Whats on Offer? Permanent full-time position with a competitive salary Career growth in a fast-scaling national business Birthday leave and reward & recognition program A passionate, supportive team culture Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners Manage day-to-day property operations including guest relations, cleaning, and maintenance Monitor and resolve cleaning complaints in a timely and professional manner Meet with cleaning partners every two months to discuss performance, address issues, and drive operational improvements Act as the escalation point for guest-related issues Conduct inspections and liaise with contractors to maintain high property standards Support weekend operations on a rotating roster Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in property management, preferably in short-term rentals Drive within the designated service area as required for property inspections, onboarding, or operational needs. Flexibility and willingness to travel locally are essential for this role Strong understanding of platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com Australian drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle Real Estate Certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage issues and complaints with professionalism Completion of a police check Why AirKeeper?Join a business that values innovation, growth, and exceptional service.
