Permanent part-time hours with consistent weekly shifts Paid travel time between clients + kilometre reimbursement Work locally across the Scenic Rim with a supportive team We are seeking caring and reliable Home Care Workers (Permanent Part-Time) to support aged care clients across the Scenic Rim region, including Tamborine, Beaudesert, Jimboomba, Canungra, New Beith, Mundoolun, Rathdowney and surrounding areas. This is rewarding, community-based work where youll help people remain independent, safe, and connected in their own homes. What we offer Permanent part-time hours with consistent, ongoing shifts Competitive hourly rates based on experience and qualifications Paid travel time and kilometre reimbursement between clients Paid induction and ongoing training and development Opportunity to build ongoing relationships with regular clients Supportive team environment with a focus on wellbeing and safety Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) About the role You will support clients with day-to-day tasks that help them live independently at home, including: Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation) Personal care and support with daily routines Companionship and social support Transporting clients to appointments or community activities (using your own vehicle) Assisting with errands and general household tasks You will work independently in the community, with support available from your team when needed. Location You will be working across the Scenic Rim region, including: Tamborine, Beaudesert, Jimboomba, Canungra, New Beith, Mundoolun, Rathdowney and surrounding suburbs. A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between nearby areas is essential. About you We are looking for people who are compassionate, reliable, and enjoy helping others. You will ideally have: A caring and respectful approach Ability to work independently Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or working towards it,or at least 3 months experience in support work, cleaning, or a related field A current Australian drivers licence Access to a registered and insured vehicle Australian working rights Experience in domestic assistance or cleaning is highly regarded.
