Our clients are a well - known and rapidly growing construction company with multiple sites across Perth and the suburbs with the head office being located close to Perth CBD.Due to growth the company now requires a junior HSEQ Officer/site labourer for this newly created vacancy on a full - time basis located in Mandurah. The vacancy: To review/write procedures and correct processes to bring the company in line with building expectations of safety first for all. Dual duties of HSEQ and site Labourer Implement policies and procedures across the company and out to all necessary stakeholders. Implementation of a training proposal and budget Implementation of chosen HSEQ system Manage the ongoing HSEQ of all the assigned sites, employees and stakeholders. Managing training and inductions for sub - contractors Keep business updated on changes to HSEQ and ISO standards Conduct internal audits Liaise with ISO auditors Report directly into the General Manager Mandurah location with some other site visits in the Perth metro area To apply: Have experience with ISO and OFSC Accreditation and standards Experience in HSEQ Risk Management Experience in implementing controls to support business operations; Previously worked within a HSEQ Officer role Excellent interpersonal skills and organisational and communication skills.
