You will play a critical role in supporting employee confidence and trust by delivering a compliant, customer-focused payroll service aligned with Awards,legislationand Council policies. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys being the go-to payroll expert. You will make an impact by Delivering end-to-end payroll processing for a non-negotiable fortnightly pay run supporting full-time,part-timeand casual employees Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and compliantly in line with Awards, Enterprise Agreement,legislationand internal policies Maintaining HRIS integrity throughaccuratedata entry, approvals,reportingand system security Providing responsive,accurateand customer-focused payroll advice to employees and external stakeholders Contributing to service improvement initiatives, projects, and system enhancements to improve employee experience What you will bring Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end payroll in a medium to large organisation with at least 600+ employees Strong working knowledge of payroll legislation, PAYG, superannuation,leaveand salary administration Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines andmaintainexceptional attention to detail Experience using HRIS and payroll systems (Aurion experience highly regarded) and strong MS Office skills Excellent communication skills with a professional,approachableand service-oriented mindset High levelof accuracy, discretion and integrity when handling confidential information A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment Why work with us Activity based and hybrid work model.
