The team is part of North Shore Ryde CYMHS and has a combined intake service operating from LNS CYMHS. The team provides consultation liaison mental health services for children and adolescents presenting to or admitted to Royal North Shore Inpatient Services.Working with the multidisciplinary team and in partnership with other service providers, the CYMHS Clinician providesevidence based assessment and psychological treatment through individual, family parenting and group treatmentprograms. This position will focus primarily on community treatment but may be required to provide rostered days forthe combined Intake team based at St Leonards.People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:Relevant tertiary qualifications in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Nursing and registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Workers. Clinical Psychologists must have a minimum postgraduate Masters or higher in Clinical Psychology. For Social Work, experience as a Level 2 clinician. Occupational Therapist must have experience as a Level 2 clinician.
