About Us Creative Cleaning Co is a locally owned cleaning business servicing Kiama, Shellharbour, and surrounding areas. We work across residential homes, short-term rental (Airbnb) properties, and commercial spaces. We''re a small, growing team and we''re looking for the right person to grow with us. What You''ll Be Doing Residential home cleans (routine and deep cleans) Airbnb/short-term rental turnovers between guest stays Light commercial cleans (offices, small businesses) Following cleaning checklists to maintain our quality standard What We''re Looking For Reliable and punctual this is the most important thing to us Physically fit and able to work on your feet Own transport and valid driver''s licence (essential) Attention to detail and takes pride in their work Experience preferred but not essential we''ll train the right person Willing to obtain a National Police Check prior to starting (we''ll guide you through this) What We Offer Flexible casual hours to suit your schedule Competitive pay $28$35/hr Travel reimbursement between job sites Immediate start available Supportive small team environment Ongoing hours as the business grows Open to both casual employees and subcontractors (ABN holders welcome) To Apply Send a brief message about yourself no resume needed.
