Whole of Gov EOI Ongoing full-time rolebased in Sydney CBD/Parramatta with flexible work arrangement options. Clerk Grade11/12, Salaryrelativeto experience($145,378 - $168,130) + super About the role This is an opportunity tolead and manage the delivery of high-quality cabinet, parliament, and ministerial services to support theMinister for Recovery and the executive team of the agency. In this role you will: Lead the delivery of a forward Ministerial, Parliamentary and Cabinet agenda so that stakeholders are informed of processes,timeframesand information requirements so that key deliverables are met. Coordinate, prepare, and deliver the full range of Ministerial, Parliamentary and Cabinet material inatimely,relevantandaccurateway to meet business requirements Proactivelyadvise the Director, Executive Team, and CEO of emerging issues and options tominimise reputational and agency risk. Build collaborative relationships thatfacilitatestakeholder engagement to delivertimelyandaccuratebriefings and material that meet required standards. Establish,maintain,monitorand report on quality assurance measures and protocols to build understanding, capacity,capabilityand responsiveness. Proactively engage with stakeholders tomaintainline of sight of emerging issues andadvise stakeholders and the Executive Director of options and solutions toprevent escalation and minimise reputational and agency risk. Lead the evaluation of, and changes to, ministerial systems, procedures, and processes to continually improve and innovate content and processes. Lead and coach staff to ensure they have the knowledge,skillsand support to achieve agencyobjectivesand drive a culture of quality service, high performance, bestpracticeand continuousimprovement. For more details about this roleplease click here to view the role description. About youTheidealcandidate willdemonstrate: Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Knowledge of machinery of government, Cabinet and Parliamentary processes, and experience in coordinatingand quality-assuring Ministerial correspondence, briefings, parliamentarymaterialand speeches. Ability to critically assess and provide constructive feedback on written material in the context of Ministerial requirements Ability todeterminepriorities within a range of sensitive,contentiousand complex issues by providing criticalassessment within shorttimeframes. Ability toanticipatebriefing or submission requirements and liaise at an early stage with those responsible forpreparation. Experience managing complex and sensitive interactions with diverse stakeholders within agreed timelines.
