About the Role Were looking for a reliable and motivated Night Supervisor to join our team in a part-time capacity (2530 hours per week). This is a 50/50 hybrid role, combining hands-on cleaning with supervisory responsibilities perfect for someone ready to step up and take on more responsibility. Key Responsibilities Cleaning (50%) Perform commercial and strata cleaning across multiple sites Maintain high presentation and hygiene standards Support cleaners where required and lead by example Supervisory Duties (50%) Conduct site audits and report findings accurately Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff Complete staff check-ins and identify training needs Answer calls and manage overnight issues Escalate important matters to management as required Complete end-of-shift reports and documentation About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in commercial or strata cleaning (preferred) Previous supervisory or team leadership experience (advantageous) Strong attention to detail and high standards Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively A professional and respectful approach to working with others Current drivers licence (essential) What We Offer Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Stable part-time hours (2530 hours per week) Opportunity to step into a leadership role Supportive team environment with clear systems and processes Career growth opportunities within a growing company Working Hours Night shifts (varied start and finish times depending on sites) Combination of cleaning, site visits, audits, and phone support Some weekend work may be required Why Join Us?
