About the Role We are a brand-new local bakery in Calderwood, and we are looking for a friendly, energetic all-rounder to join our small team. This is a fast-paced role where youll be doing a bit of everythingfrom pouring high-quality lattes to packing fresh sourdough and chatting with our regulars. We pride ourselves on quality, so we need someone who is truly confident behind the coffee machine and enjoys the buzz of a busy morning rush. What were looking for: Coffee Lovers: You have solid experience in specialty coffee. Youre comfortable adjusting grinds and texturing milk to a high standard under pressure. The "All-Rounder" Spirit: Youre happy to jump in wherever needed, whether thats restocking the pastry cabinet, processing sales, or keeping the shop looking sharp. Reliability: We need someone available across our key days: Thursday through Monday. Early morning starts are part of the bakery life!
