We''re looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on Park Manager to take the reins at Goolwa, one of South Australia''s most loved coastal destinations! That means: Leading a team of 20-30 Staff Taking pride in our product: 65 cabins & 152 sites Driving revenue, occupancy, and performance (during peak season the park is absolutely buzzing, we hit 100% occupancy) Owning the guest experience end-to-end Making decisions that actually move the needle You won''t be stuck behind a desk! This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
