Youll work closely with families, educators, and external specialists to create a nurturing, inclusive environment that fosters growth and learning for every child. Key responsibilities include: Providing one-on-one support to children with additional needs Collaborating with families, educators, and therapists to implement strategies Observing and documenting childrens progress and communicating needs effectively Creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for all children Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policies Skills & ExperienceWere looking for someone with patience, empathy, and dedication to making a difference. To excel in this role, youll need: Experience supporting children with additional needs in a childcare or educational setting Strong collaboration and communication skills A positive, compassionate, and proactive approach Knowledge of inclusion practices and relevant frameworks (preferred) A passion for creating an inclusive and supportive environment The position we have available for ISS are as follows, with an expiry of 6 September 2026: 1 x Part Time - Monday- Friday (27 hours per week) How to Apply Click APPLY or give us a call on 1300 147 *** for a friendly, confidential chat.
