Requirements for this role: Flexible hours available 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role About the Role We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator/ General Hand to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handson outdoor work, operating specialised machinery. This is a casual role, with a minimum of 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for additional hours. Key Responsibilities Operate machines, and related equipment safely and efficiently Launce, retrieve, and transport machinery to and from and on job sites Monitor equipment performance and report any faults or issues Assist with routine maintenance including lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment Complete operational logs, maintenance records, and job documentation Participate in training related to machine operation, WHS, and aquatic weed management Requirements Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety Experience with boats, machinery, or plant equipment Good physical fitness for outdoor and waterbased work White Card Current NSW Drivers Licence General Boat Licence or willingness to obtain one Ability to work in and around water, including on floating platforms and amphibious equipment How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and availability to: *****@ausenviro.com.au
