Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care, including assistance with hygiene, dressing, and grooming. Support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, and household duties. Assist in community participation and social activities. Implement and follow individualised care plans and behavior support strategies. Monitor and report on participants progress and well-being. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with NDIS requirements. Ensure a safe, respectful, and person-centered approach to support. Requirements: Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are required. Previous experience supporting complex participants (highly regarded). A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one. A current First Aid and CPR Certificate. A valid Australian Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
