Provide elite food and beverage service Assist in the set up and maintenance of our esteemed dining and service areas Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, provide recommendations, and accommodate special dietary needs to ensure an impeccable dining experience Collaborate seamlessly with the team to ensure a flawless dining experience More About You Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety certificates required Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding Previous food and beverage experience Passion for the hospitality industry, customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated Respect for equality and a commitment to workplace culture and safety Experience in cash handling Able to work up to 76 hours per fortnight over a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays The application period will close on 14/05/2026, unless suitably qualified candidates are identified sooner.
