(RMS certification required). Applicants should have no more than one driving infringement for every two years of driving experience, and they need to be offence-free for at least 12 months prior to applying. Serious Offences: Drug and alcohol, speeding more than 45 km/h over the limit, being arrested, may be scrutinized more closely and could possibly be grounds for rejection.
