Mental Health Support Worker - Female We are seeking compassionate and reliable NDIS Mental Health Support Workers to support female participants in Pakenham and surrounding areas. You will provide hands-on support to participants with psychosocial needs, promoting independence, wellbeing, and community engagement. Provide support in a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental manner Build trust and rapport through consistency and clear communication Recognise the impact of trauma on behaviour and respond with empathy and patience Promote choice, control, and participant independence at all times Avoid triggers and support participants to feel safe and in control Maintain clear boundaries and professional conduct Use calm and de-escalation strategies when required Respect cultural background, values, and lived experiences Work collaboratively with families and professionals to ensure holistic support Follow organisational policies and NDIS Practice Standards Most likely - 4 Weekdays between 10 am and 1 pm $38 per hour + Super Support Coordinator (Casual hourly rate is negotiable):Meet Your Dreams Australia (MYDA) is seeking an experienced and motivated Support Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support NDIS participants to understand and implement their plans, connect with appropriate services, and build their independence while ensuring high-quality, person-centred outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Support participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans Coordinate supports and services in line with participant goals Liaise with families, providers, and key stakeholders Assist participants to navigate NDIS, health, housing, and community systems Monitor service delivery and ensure supports are appropriate and effective Build participant capacity and promote independence Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and organisational policies.
