An exciting opportunity is open for an enrolled Nurse / registered nurse to join our practice. The position is available for immediate start with interviews to be conducted as soon as possible Key Responsibilities Patient Triage Administering Vaccines Scheduling and assisting with completion of GP Management Plans and Team Care Arrangements Assisting with completion of Health Checks and Cycles of Care ECG and Spirometry Wound Care Entry of patient information to Medical Director Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously Chronic Disease Management Care Plans Health Assessments Completing clinical admin tasks Education / qualifications / experience: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse/ Enrolled Nurse Registered Nurse registration preferred, however Enrolled Nurse registration is acceptable Current First Aid and CPR certificates Current ''Working with Children Check'' and criminal record check, or be able to obtain Experience in a similar role preferred Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience required Immunisation certificate desirable
