Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable local candidate isidentifiedfor the position; in this instance, you may only be offered employment in line with the conditions and expiry date of your visa.We are unable to accommodate visa sponsorship for applicants requiring a visa for this position.About the role:Armidale Hospital is looking for a motivated and experience Registered Nurse to provide safe compassionate person centred care within the Outpatients Department in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team to community members from across the Tablelands Sector to achieve identified goals and outcomes. You will deliver quality, efficient and effective person centred care which meets the needs of the families or carers. You will also act as an advocate to assist patients and their families/carers make informed decisions.You wont be working alone you will be provided with a thorough orientation process including supernumery days and will also be supported by Clinical Nurse Educators and the Nurse Manager. The Outpatient Department at the Armidale Rural Referral Hospital is a small, cohesive, dedicated service delivering many and varied Outpatient services to the local communities of the Tablelands region.
