You will deliver quality, efficient and effective person centred care which meets the needs of the families or carers. You will also act as an advocate to assist patients and their families/carers make informed decisions.You wont be working alone you will be provided with a thorough orientation process including supernumery days and will also be supported by Clinical Nurse Educators and the Nurse Manager. The Outpatient Department at the Armidale Rural Referral Hospital is a small, cohesive, dedicated service delivering many and varied Outpatient services to the local communities of the Tablelands region.
