About the RoleYou will lead the daily operations of the room, guiding your team to create a calm, responsive, and high-quality environment for our youngest children. Lead and support a team of educators Build strong relationships with children and families Plan and implement meaningful programs aligned with the EYLF Create intentional, well-considered learning environments Ensure childrens safety, wellbeing and learning are always prioritised Work closely with leadership to reflect and grow practice About You Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Experience in an infant room and/or leading a team Strong understanding of responsive caregiving and routines Confident communicator who leads with respect Passionate about quality practice and continuous improvement Why Kin?
